Test Results  E-mail

The score you get on USMLE is a comparative score based on standard deviations. Here you can get detailed statistics of your test performance. All test results are stored in the database, from which you can derive live analysis. This form provides you with the mean, and median scores. The stats apply to your last 100 tests. The second table applies to all tests administered. Two average scores are calculated. This is to enhance the validity of the test statistics by ignoring test takers that took the test frivolously.

i have yet to come across any other site that gives such detailed analysis of my test results. This is awesome. And there is no bother of registration, leave only any payment. Thanks a lot for this .....

usmle is all about comparative assessment

i really like that this question bank appreciates this fact. It does not matter how much you score, if you do not know how you are doing relative to others.

explanation and correct answers?
written by mehul, December 24, 2008
IS there a way I can view the correct answers of the test that I just took? I couldn't find any and it seems lame that there is no apparent way for me to learn from this whole exercise. What's the point if I don't learn the correct answer

There are 2 ways of viewing the answers to the questions
written by somya, January 10, 2009
1. As you are taking the test you see an exclamation mark in a bubble to the top right. Click on that to get a critique on the answer. It is cheating though.
2. After submitting the test do not click the finish button if you want to review the test. There is a magnifying glass icon to the top right. Click on the magnifying glass icon to to review the test. You will be able to see the correct choice and the choice you selected, and use the exclamation mark icon as before to view the explanations to the respective questions.
3. Once you have closed the test window, the test and and the answers are no more available. In short it is a step beyond NBME interface, but not like kaplan or Usmle world interface.
