Question Bank

The Question Bank is updated regularly to reflect the current trends on the USMLE exam. You can take these tests as many times you like for free. Each time you take this test a new set of 25 questions timed for 30 minutes is generated. There will be some repetetions depending on how many times you take the test but the randomization built into the test should offer you a good learning experience.

A flash enabled browser is required. Firefox recommended. At the end of the test click finish to come back to this page. Click on The magnifying glass icon on top right of the widow pane to get review of each question. Click on Exclamation mark on top right corner of each questions to get explanations. Starting Aug 2007, USMLE has started introducing multimedia ie audio video content into their questions. You will see that reflected here soon. The question bank is undergoing a major revamp. You will see questions on all subjects, with instantaneous feedback via email, so you can keep a track of your tests.

There are two ways.

1. As you are taking the test you see an exclamation mark in a bubble to the top right. Click on that to get a critique on the answer. It is cheating though.
2. After submitting the test do not click the finish button if you want to review the test. There is a magnifying glass icon to the top right. Click on the magnifying glass icon to to review the test. You will be able to see the correct choice and the choice you selected, and use the exclamation mark icon as before to view the explanations to the respective questions.

Hi very body, I am new here, I have registered for month of jun-aug, I have not yet picked a date, otherwise recieved all my documets, please help me to see if u think usmle world is a must, I have done q bank (kaplan), also tell me where to get it, on there own website or anywhere else cheaper???

if it is step 1 uw not necessary, if step 2 you should take uw. or if you are short of time, do the uw notes . you can download it from the forum.
